Lending Appetite
We provide stretched senior debt to experienced developers with a proven track record; We will lend up to 80% of costs as long as this does not exceed 65% of GDV; A higher LTC may be considered where a considerable planning gain has been made; Loan duration is typically 12 to 24 months; Transactions with an element of planning risk are also considered for experienced property investors with a proven record of successful planning gains; Bridging loans will be considered for investment and development properties.
